Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater on scuba gear? It's even easier than you would think. Join us to find out how much fun it is.
The Awesome Scuba Try Dive will allows you have a go at scuba diving to see if you like it before signing up for your PADI certification.
The experienced Instructors at Awesome Scuba will be there to guide you through taking your first breath underwater. After a few minutes of awestruck wonder, most participants realise how easy scuba diving really is.
During a Try Dive session you will learn:
• What wearing scuba equipment feels like and how easy it is to move around underwater while wearing it.
• What it’s like to breathe underwater and get comfortable in this new environment.
• Some basic skills and safety rules that will carry over to your full scuba certification course when you take the next step.
To do this course you need both:
- to be at least 10 years old,
- answer no to the all the questions on the medical form. View Dive Medical.
No hidden costs - free use of scuba equipment during Try Dive.
Arrive and Dive
All equipment and learning materials will be provided by Awesome Scuba so all you will need to do is turn up at Jellie Park pool with you togs and towel and Awesome Scuba's experienced instructors will do the rest.
Book and pay for the Try Dive online. On arrival at Jellie Park pool purchase a normal pool entry (up to $5) then proceed to the 25m pool. The Awesome Scuba team will be in uniform.
